Connecticut Residents
Any Connecticut Resident can pick up their firearm from our location. Please schedule your pickup as staff capable of doing transfers, may not be in during the day. If you choose a firearm that includes a magazine of a capacity of greater than 10 rounds, You must also purchase Mag Blocks for every magazine included. Failure to purchase Mag Blocks will result in forfeiture of the magazines. If you are an exempted individual, You must provide proof that you are authorized to purchase extended magazines.
Shipping Information
Any firearm that requires shipping shall be shipped via the following process.
- Buyer shall email a copy of their receiving FFLs license to sales@rattlesnakearmoryct.com
- If you do not request a specific shipping service, We will ship to the provided FFL via UPS or USPS.
- If you request a specific shipping service, Buyer must provide a shipping label with the provided FFLs as the recipient. Rattlesnake Armory is no longer responsible for firearm once picked up by carrier of your choice.
Return Information
Unless we send the wrong item, All sales are final. If you have an issue with the firearm, you must contact the manufacturer. If you no longer want the firearm, you are welcome to sell it at your expense.
If your FFL refuses, or returns a firearm to us, or our distributor. There is a $50 return fee. Buyer will be responsible for additional charges to send to a new FFL.
